2014 Toledo Open
Over the past weekend, Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu, Tecumseh travelled down to Toledo, Ohio for the annual Toledo Open BJJ tournament hosted by Chris Blanke. In a great display of heart, hard work and determination, Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu Tecumseh came home with 12 medals.
The following competitors came home with 16 medals around their neck.
- Adam Smitty Baillargeon took Gold and Bronze in the Adult Purple Belt Division and Absolute, respectively.
- Mike G. got Gold in his division and Silver in the absolute.
- Adam Pisani came home with a double Gold medal, division and absolute.
- Regis took home two Silver medals in both his division and the absolute.
- Denroi took home a Gold medal
- Matteo took home a Gold medal
- Dalton Ure took home a Silver medal.
- Reece took home a Silver medal in his division.
- Ethan took home a Silver medal in his division.
- Arnold took home a Silver medal in his division.
- Max took home a Silver medal in his division.
- Aiden took home a Silver medal in his division.
Overall, the tournament was a great success. As always, Chris Blanke puts on the best run tournaments in the Midwest. It was a great time.
