Women Only Jiu-Jitsu

All of the Women's Only Jiu Jitsu classes are guaranteed to be fun, safe, and beginner
friendly. Whether your goal is to increase your fitness level, learn functional self-defence,
relieve stress or just try something new, our program will help you succeed in achieving your
goals.

You will find a group of girls who are excited to be there and excited to have you there. 

The instructor will run several basic drills and after a few classes you will catch up with the rest
of the group. Once you master the basics you will really enjoy the intensity of a Jiu Jitsu class
based on effective self-defence techniques and real-life scenarios.

You will get in shape.

You will gain confidence and you will discover a side of yourself that you knew existed but didn’t know how to grow. Whether you are interested in self-defence, fitness, or competition, this class adjusts to meet any woman’s specific needs and goals.

Classes will typically include a warm-up (which include mobility drills, agility drills, and bodyweight exercises), technical training and drilling, learning a variety of positions and techniques, as well as some situational and positional drilling and live sparring!

We understand some women feel very uncomfortable performing these exercises with men.
You’ll only train with other women who are focused, dedicated, and committed to becoming
strong and improve fitness. Our classes provide a comfortable, motivating environment.
